Existing Vendors

Have you previously done business with Prosper Portland? If so, we ask that all vendors register in our new Vendor Portal using your primary work email and Tax ID/EIN. Select Sign Up at the top of the page to get started.

New to Doing Business with Prosper Portland?

Registering is quick and easy, just select Sign Up at the top of the page to get started. The following list are things you will need to fully complete your registration:

• Your Primary work email address.
• Tax ID/EIN.
• Copy of your current W9.
• City of Portland Business Registration number / proof of active registration. To register your business or complete annual compliance, contact the Business Tax Office of Revenue Division by email or telephone: biztaxhelp@portlandoregon.gov // 503-823-5192.
• State of Oregon Registration number / proof of active registration to locate your registration via the Oregon Secretary of State’s Office click this link: Business Registry Business Name Search. To register, renew or reinstate your business click this link: State of Oregon: Business - Register a Business.
• COBID Certification Number (if applicable). Please consider registering your business with the State of Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID) if applicable. Once registered, you can provide your information as part of the registration process.
